Can I pay for my order by check?

Yes, we accept checks if you reside in the United States and the funds are drawn from a United States based bank. If you wish to pay by check, please proceed through the check out screens selecting “pay by check” from the payment methods menu. You must proceed through checkout to log your order, calculate shipping charges and receive payment instructions. Please note, the check must have your name and address imprinted on the check. Please also write your telephone and drivers license number on the top of the check. Following receipt of your order you will receive payment instructions. Your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, for a cost of $5.00 per item.

How can I order a custom gift basket?

There is an option for you to choose a container and fill it with the Alabama made food and gifts of YOUR choice! Each unfilled container description will give guidelines on how many items it will hold. Please consider the size of the items you choose to place in your container since this will determine the actual amount it will hold. If you need help in customizing your gift, please e-mail or call us at 877-843-2544 and we will help. Let us know a little about the person you are shopping for, the occasion, and price range and we can help you personalize the gift to their liking!

How is sales tax calculated?

Tax is charged to all shipments to an Alabama address. The rate is as follows: Alabama 4%

What is your return policy?

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you or your recipients are not pleased, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We ask that the return is made within 14 days. We will replace it, credit it toward another purchase, or fully refund your purchase price, as you wish. Do you offer corporate gift services?

Yes. We offer a variety of services to our corporate clients, including custom gift design using your company colors and logo (including custom ribbon) if desired, drop shipment of individual items, and concierge services directed at finding the perfect gift. We will do the footwork and research to find that perfect gift from ALABAMA; just give us direction and we will find the gift and make it into a beautiful presentation of which your company will be proud! Do you have local delivery or customer pickup?

Delivery: Delivery is available for the Greater Gadsden area including Rainbow City, Southside, Attalla, Glencoe and Hokes Bluff. We also deliver to local hospitals and businesses. Delivery may not be available for same day. You will be notified when your order is ready and for us to receive directions for your delivery. Please call or email if you have questions concerning local delivery.

Pickup: You may pick up your order at our retail store located at 528 Broad Street in Historic Downtown Gadsden. Order is not guaranteed to be available same day. You will be notified when your order is ready and location and available times for pickup. Please call or email if you have questions concerning customer pickup.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally filled within 48 hours of receipt (for in-stock items). Holidays and peak times of the year may be exceptions. If we expect a delay, we will notify you immediately. We ship UPS Ground Service. We reserve the right to choose alternative shipping when necessary. Additional services such as 2nd Day and overnight are available. Please provide correct shipping addresses. We will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable and/or returned to us when the address provided on the original order form is incorrect. You may incur a second shipping charge for any re-shipment of a returned package that was due to an incorrect address on the original order form. For orders shipped outside the continental United States, please contact us for rates.

If I choose Expedited or Rush delivery will my order ship immediately?

Rush orders take immediate priority. While we do our best to ship within 48 hours of receipt, we are unable to guarantee this to every order. Many factors figure into shipping: time when the order is received, shipping carrier’s pickup schedules, order volume, if the item is in stock, etc. If your order must be shipped on the same day as you are placing the order, we recommend you call us toll-free at 877-843-2544 to confirm the order can ship within your required schedule.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We are committed to sending your gift or package anywhere in the world. We will work with you on type of delivery. Please call or email if there are any questions or concerns.

Do you have a print catalog?

Not yet – but we plan to launch one at some point. Please email us or sign our guest book to be added to our mailing list.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We are located at 528 Broad Street, Gadsden, in beautiful historic downtown.

Are all of your products made in Alabama?

While most of the items we sell are actually made in Alabama, there are some items that may not be actually produced in Alabama. We do our best to buy from Alabama families and businesses that have invented or created them or Alabama natives that have moved away, but who love our state.  Our store has items that are not made in Alabama, but reflect our Southern Charm and taste. We support the small business men and women of Alabama! It is our discretion to choose products we feel represent the uniqueness of our state.

Do you accept product suggestions?
